Fearless Pregnancy: Wisdom and Reassurance From a Doctor, a Midwife and a Mom [ILLUSTRATED] (Paperback)
Fearless Pregnancy is the first pregnancy book to put an end to the fear-inducing misinformation and hype found in many of the best-selling pregnancy books. It has down-to-earth first-person advice from a new mom, but also includes medical information from both an esteemed doctor and seasoned midwife. The book covers pregnancy from beginning to newborn and offers thorough information about testing options, miscarriage risks, diet, exercise and more. There’s even a chapter on conquering the new parents’ fear of drowning in too much baby gear. It’s an informative and reassuring read.
